Kristan Harris of the American Intelligence Report moves to the front of a police line at the 2016 RNC rally, in which Alex Jones was assaulted by a protester. Cleveland imported over 2500 police for the event above and beyond the 500 law enforcement officers provided by the city. Some authorities looked like they just walked off the battlefield displaying gear that suggested they were ready for war. The National Guard was also present in small numbers working alongside local police.
The city of Cleveland is equipped with cameras on just about every street corner. The police were also heavily armed with digital cameras, DSLRs and video camera’s to record and help identify leaders and future protesters. At times it seemed that police were bored and looking for things to do, often seen refereeing conversations in Cleveland square.
