American TV show 60 minutes will give a presentation on the 28 redacted pages from the 9/11 commission report. Many believe this may tie Saudi Arabia and Israeli bankers that may have been involved in the tragedy on September 11th, 2001. Others believe it may clear these nations name and show no involvement.
According to CBS, “28 pages from a congressional intelligence inquiry that detail specific indications of foreign government support of the 9/11 hijackers is about to be put under a powerful spotlight, as 60 Minutes will air a segment on the topic this Sunday, April 10 at 7 pm ET/PT.”
It’s believed the documents will confirm part of what many in the “9/11 truth movement,” founded by family members who lost loved ones in the World Trade Center attack have claimed.
Bob Graham, the former Florida governor, Democratic U.S. Senator “believes the hijackers were ‘substantially’ supported by Saudi Arabia. “Its implausible to believe that 19 people, most of whom didn’t speak English, most of whom had never been in the United States before, many didn’t have a high school education, could have carried out such a complicated task without some support from within the United States,” says Graham.
Other senators, such as Rand Paul, have pushed for transparency on the subject.
